While I’m a living + breathing example of the methods that I teach, it wasn’t always easy for me.

I used to crash diet before every vacation, diet for bodybuilding shows and then binge myself into oblivion after each one, and spent years normalizing symptoms that kept me from feeling my best because I was told to.

My protocol is based on optimizing from the inside out because when your gut, hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, training, & nutrition are dialed in for YOU, your wildest physique dreams will follow suit.

The product of that is food freedom and a strong + lean body to go along with your new found freedom.

The scale dictated my days, moods, outfits, & confidence. 

It ran my whole life. 

I attempted Weight Watchers for the first time at 17.

I was naturally “thin” in high school because I was so active in sports, but I would wear trash bags to sweat *cringe*, ran any time I wanted to lose weight because I thought “feeling the burn” meant the fat was shredding off of my body, and I would eat as little as possible in the days leading up to a social event or vacation in an effort to drop lbs as quickly as possible.

And once I became a personal trainer and competed in bodybuilding shows, I realized that much of what was being taught in the health + fitness industry… wasn’t healthy at all.

More than 90% of diets fail and the average person will attempt 126 diets in their lifetime (and still never reach their goal).
